Recreational Program

Preschool Gymnastics

The preschool program is taught by Kari McClure. There are two types of classes in this program. The first type is called the Parents & Tots class. Parents & Tots ranges in age from the time the child starts walking to three years old. In this class, the parent or a responsible adult will accompany the student and coach in our preschool gym upstairs in our facility. This class enhances early gross motor skills, pre-gymnastic skills, and allows the children to have fun together. The second type of class is for children age 3-5 year olds. This class is a small structured class with a coach. This class further develops balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, self-confidence, fine motor skills and pre-gymnastic skills. We promote learning skills for school and sports in a fun-filled atmosphere.

Girls Gymnastics

Our girls gymnastics program is directed by Bobby Martinez and coached by several of our experienced coaches. This program offers classes ranging from new beginner to our competitive teams. The children involved in these classes will learn gymnastics skills and develop good discipline, as well as, increase their learning ability. These classes are designed to teach skills, build self-esteem, and have fun in a positive safe learning environment. The girls will learn all four Olympic events--vault, bars, beam & floor.

Boys Gymnastics

Our boys gymnastics program is directed by Jack McClure and coached by several of our experienced coaches. This program offers classes ranging from new beginner to our competitive teams. The children involved in these classes will learn gymnastics skills and develop good discipline, as well as, increase their learning ability. These classes are designed to teach skills, build self-esteem, and have fun in a positive safe learning environment. The boys will learn all six Olympic events--floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, & horizontal bar.

Acrobatic Gymnastics

This program is directed by Rumen and Radostina Lachkova. In these classes, groups practice and perform skill and routines featuring gymnastics tumbling skills and partner balancing in pyramids. This is the hottest new sport in Texas and our gym was recently awarded the "Fastest Growing Sports Acrobatics Group in Texas".

Trampoline & Tumbling

Our trampoline and tumbling program is geared towards basic through advanced tumbling. These are coed classes and are grouped by age and ability. The age range for these classes is 7-18. Students will train on the power strip, trampoline, and mini-trampoline. This is a great class for students that only want to tumble.  Tumbling is an excellent add on class for any gymnast.  It is a favorite of cheerleaders.

Ninja Kids Workout

Inspired by the hit television show American Ninja Warrior on NBC, the Ninja Kids Workout is a place for kids to challenge themselves on a variety of obstacles in an indoor, climate-controlled environment.  It is a Co-Ed class for ages 7 years old-11 years old. We use our gymnastic facility and our training to help kids build strength, awareness, and speed to complete all challenges given to them in each class. This program is all about fun and fitness for kids wanting to challenge themselves in the new ninja way.

Gym Bus

The gym bus program is directed by Natasha Villarreal. All of these classes are conducted inside our specially designed school bus. The main purpose of this program is to introduce a broader spectrum of children to gymnastics. In addition, our goal is to promote each child's physical, mental, social, and emotional growth; all while having a great time! We will work on basic gymnastics skills while developing balance, motor and sensory skills, and reading readiness. We bring the bus to daycares for classes and your home for birthday parties. Please contact Natasha Villarreal at (830) 816-9496.
